How do I rent a unit?
You can rent a unit directly from our website (with no human interaction) at any time. If you have questions or need assistance, you can call our office at 775-415-2550 and our friendly staff can walk you through the process. You will need to have a working email address to receive the lease for you to sign electronically and get instructions and future information about your unit. This method is fast and efficient and allows you to get immediate access to your unit upon check out.
How do I access my storage unit after rental?
When you complete your rental process, you will instantly receive a text and email that contains your unit number, lock combination, and directions to our facility. Simply follow the instructions - it is immediate and convenient.
How do I pay my bill each month?
The vast majority of our customers have recurring billing set up; in this case, your credit card is automatically charged at the beginning of each month. You have the option to call our office to initiate a payment as well. We do not take checks or cash at our facility; all payments are made via credit card.
Do you allow the storage of vehicles in the units?
No. Given the proximity of each unit to another, we do not allow the storage of vehicles inside our storage units. This policy allows us to maintain a more consistent and stable environment for our customers in that they don't need to be concerned about odors or safety from where they are storing their personal belongings.
Do you have security on site?
We have a network of high density digital cameras throughout our facility. This feature allows us to monitor the facility in 'real time' or review our recorded video should there be any disturbances. Our cameras run 24x7 and record all activity on the site.
What hours can I access my unit?
Our facility is open for you to access your unit from 7.30 AM to 7.30 PM every day. If you need to stay later than 7.30 PM or need special access, you can always request this from our website or office and we can make arrangements. The reason we do not offer 24 hour access to our facility is to discourage behavior that is not consistent with storage; this enhances the experience for all of our customers.
