Key Terms You Should Know...
Access Hours - Storage Units
Our gates are opened by 7.30AM and closed by 7.30PM Monday through Friday and 8.30 AM to 7.30PM on Saturday and Sunday. If there is a change to this schedule, you will be notified via email. If you need access to your unit outside of these hours,
please contact us online or at 775-415-2550.
If you need immediate assistance when our office is closed (see below), call / text 775-315-4424 for local support.
Office Hours
We remotely manage our storage facility - if you need to meet us at the site, please call our office to schedule an appointment. Our office is available by phone Monday through Friday from 8.00AM to 6.00PM and Saturday from 8.00AM to 2.00PM and closed on Sunday. If you need assistance outside of these hours,
leave a message on our web site and we may be able to respond outside of business hours. Of course, you can
pay your bill online any time.

Your Current Contact Information
We must have your current email address, cell phone number, and physical address for the duration of your lease. If any of this information changes, please
let us know online or calling our office at 775-415-2550.
Payment
Payments are due and processed (recurring charges to credit cards on file) on the 1st of each month. If a payment is not received by the 11th of each month, a late fee shall be applied to your account. You can
pay online or by calling our office at 775-415-2550 during posted business hours.
Non Payment
If your account is not paid current, you are subject to a variety of fees which are outlined in your lease as well as negative credit reporting. In addition, your personal property that is stored may be sold in a lien sale “auction” according to Nevada law and your lease..
Prohibited Items to Store & Prohibited Activity/Usage
Giving Notice to Terminate Your Lease
Your lease is for a minimum of 30 days and is month to month. All leases terminate on the last day of any given month. You must give AT LEAST 30 days notice to move out AND you must notify us (by calling 775-415-2550 or
contacting us online) before the beginning of your last month. So,
for example, if you plan to terminate your lease on June 30, you must give us notice before June 1.
Vacating Your Storage Unit
You are responsible to remove ALL personal property and debris from your unit. Leaving any personal property or trash/debris may subject you to a Debris Removal Fee according to your lease agreement. If any liquid has leaked onto the unit floor, you are responsible to clean it thoroughly; failure to do so may result in a cleaning charge. We wipe down walls/door and vacuum/sweep/mop the floor after you move out so this level of cleaning is not necessary on your part.
Notifying Us When You Are Moved Out
When you vacate your unit, please call us at 775-415-2550 or
notify us online so we can make sure the unit is re-secured and free of your personal property/debris.
